What is the warranty period for Hardwify® hardware?
All Hardwify® hardware products come with a FIVE-YEAR limited warranty that starts from the day you buy them. If you find any item that is not working right while using it in the normal way, we will help you fix the problem. We can give you a free replacement, repair, or make an adjustment. Our warranty covers the following:
- Breakage or getting older of the material that is not caused by what people do
- Problems with how it works, like locks that get stuck or handles that do not work right
- Peeling of the coating or a lot of rusting when used in normal ways

What’s not covered under the warranty?
Our warranty does not cover these situations:

- When the product is put in tough places like a lot of water in the air, or strong things like chemicals

If your problem is not covered by the warranty, we may still help by giving you options to pay for fixing or changing it. The warranty is good only for the first person who bought it and cannot be given to someone else.
Will your solid brass handles develop patina over time?
Our solid brass cabinet handles are made to last a long time. They have a rich brass coating that gets stronger from a High-Temperature Glazing Treatment. This treatment puts a barrier on the surface. It helps stop rust and keeps away damage from daily use. It also stops the natural aging look that often happens to brass, so your handles keep their shine over time.
If you like the look of silver, you can choose our chrome-plated handles. These handles are made of strong brass. A special electroplating process covers them with chromium. This coating helps protect the handles from getting dull or harmed by things in the air. It also gives a shiny, mirror finish that lasts. No matter if you pick brass or chrome, our hardware is built to keep looking nice for a long time.
What cabinet thickness is compatible with your 0.94″/24mm screws?
Our standard 0.94″ (24mm) screws work well for cabinets, drawers, or cupboard doors that are thicker than 16mm. If the panel is less than 16mm thick, you should trim the screws. This will help stop the screws from going in too tight. Doing this can keep the hardware and the cabinet surface safe from damage.
