RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At SturdyHW, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Due to the custom nature of our products, some items may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee. Please review the product specifications carefully to ensure the hardware is suitable for your project before placing your order. Each product will have its return policy listed on its product page. If a product is subject to a restocking fee, it will be indicated in the description section. Most manufacturers apply a restocking fee of 25%. Returns of large quantities may also incur a restocking fee. If you have any questions about a product’s returnability or potential restocking fees, please contact us.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Generally, the following items are non-returnable:
- Made-to-order products.
- Products that have been damaged after delivery or show signs of installation.
- Merchandise missing parts.
- Products shipped internationally from mainland China.
RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Products that are eligible for return must be returned within 30 days in new, resalable condition with the original, undamaged packaging. If you need to open the packaging, please do so carefully.
All returns must be approved before the product is shipped back to us. To initiate a return, please use the link provided below. Once your return is approved, you will be asked to send the product back to us. A return shipping label will be provided, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Please pack the product securely in its original shipping box or a plain, sturdy cardboard box with appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during return shipping. Be sure to remove or cover any old labels.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ERRORS
Review the contents of your shipment immediately upon receipt. Any errors or damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will prioritize replacements and work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Please ensure that your hardware is correct before scheduling installation. Replacement items will be shipped using the same shipping method as the original order.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are processed as two separate transactions: a new purchase and a return. If you need to make an exchange, please follow the return guidelines above and place a new order online.
REFUNDS
Please allow up to 7 days for your return to reach us. We will process your return within 5 business days after receiving it. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 7 additional days to credit your account.
